Greenfield Lake

Greenfield Lake

CURRENT HOURS OF OPERATION:

Our spring hours of operation start March 12th!

Thursdays-Sundays, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (last boat out at 4)

The Greenfield Lake Boathouse is run in support of Cape Fear River Watch through a partnership with the City of Wilmington. Come enjoy and explore the lake in one of our two- or four-person paddle boats, kayaks, or canoes!

Nestled in the heart of Wilmington, the lake is rich in history and full of wonderful views. See Spanish moss draped over 100-year-old cypress trees where dozens of bird species congregate seasonally and year-round. Greenfield Lake is also an opportune place to see the American alligator in its natural habitat. Feeding is NOT allowed.
