Cape Fear River Watch is excited to partner with Keep New Hanover Beautiful for our Second Saturday Cleanup on October 8th! The cleanup will take place in the Greenfield Lake Watershed. We will be focusing our efforts on Willard Pond and the connecting wetlands. The cleanup will take place from 9:00am-11:00am. Parking is available along Willard St. An address that will get you close is 1528 S 16th St, Wilmington, NC 28401. Just look for the CFRW cleanup signs! CFRW will provide pickers, bags, gloves, and safety vests. As always remember to dress appropriately and bring water. We hope to see you out there!
