We are so proud of our Spring intern Sidney! She not only helped put on the Chemours roast in December 2022, but she is now planning an Environmental Zine Festival at Waterline Brewing!

Cape Fear River Watch is hosting a mini environmental Zine Fest at Waterline Brewing on May 5th! From 4 pm – 7 pm, we will be passing out zines about environmental issues produced exclusively for Cape Fear River Watch by small artists. Holly’s Typewriter Poetry will also be at the fest with a select number of free environmental poems. Come enjoy music, drinks, and some local art supporting the environment!
