Cape Fear River Watch is excited to partner with Keep New Hanover Beautiful for our Second Saturday Cleanup on September 10th! The cleanup will take place in a section that drains directly into the Cape Fear River, drainage ditches that run parallel with Front St. at the intersection of Greenfield St. We have had a lot of rain recently which has deposited trash in this area. The cleanup will take place from 9:00am-11:00am. Parking is available at 110 Greenfield St. Just look for the CFRW cleanup signs! CFRW will provide pickers, bags, gloves, and safety vests. As always remember to dress appropriately and bring water. We hope to see you out there!
