Join us and Keep New Hanover Beautiful for our final cleanup of the year!

We will focus our efforts on the Burnt Mill Creek watershed by cleaning up the section at the end of Shirley Rd., off 23rd Street. We will walk along the service road to clean up litter along the bank, as well as any floatable litter we can reach.

We will meet at the end of Shirley Rd. (2000 Shirley Rd.) at 9 a.m. on November 14th. Parking is available in the grass lot past the gate. Just follow our cleanup signs!

As always, gloves, pickers, safety vests, and trash bags will be provided. This cleanup will include sections of tall vegetation and may require standing in mud. Bring your boots!
