CFRW will be partnering with Keep New Hanover Beautiful to host a cleanup of Greenfield Lake’s Squash Branch on Saturday, November 12h from 9-11am.

This area will require some kayaks, so if you have your own kayak please feel free to bring it! We will also bring some for volunteers to use. Parking can be found along Lake Branch Dr. across from Lake Forest Baptist Church (1626 Lake Branch Dr.). Look for the CFRW & KNHB cleanup signs! We will provide pickers, bags, safety vests, gloves, and a good time. The areas along the banks can get a bit mucky so if you have waterproof boots bring them! As always remember to dress appropriately, bring sunscreen, and water. We hope to see you out there!
