Summer Nature Camps

Cape Fear River Watch offers Nature Camp for children to explore the wonders of our local environment!

At CFRW, we offer an exciting and educational full-day Nature Camp for children ages 8-12 to learn more about plants, animals, and ecosystems in Wilmington and beyond. Our camp is perfect for kids who love spending time in nature. During our outdoor adventures and daily field trips, campers will have the opportunity to visit the salt marsh, Cape Fear River, Greenfield Lake, and other fascinating locations, in addition to local area attractions, like the Aquarium and Cape Fear Museum. Each day is filled with games, art, learning, and fun! Camp runs 9am – 4pm. Join us this summer for a week of exploration, discovery, and unforgettable memories. Limited space available!

If your family needs a little assistance, scholarships are available and are kept completely confidential.
