SUMMARY:September 2026 Paddle: Rice Creek (with Kayak Carolina)
DESCRIPTION:Click here to register (opens September 1st)! \nJoin us as we continue to explore the Cape Fear River Basin by boat! This month we will do an around 5-mile paddle on Rice Creek and Town Creek. We’ll meet at the put-in at Rice Creek Boat Ramp at 8:15 am. on Saturday\, September 19th. This paddle is an out-and-back\, so no shuttle will be needed. \nThis month’s paddle will be led by the amazing team at Kayak Carolina\, while your Cape Fear Riverkeeper Kemp is out of town for a conference. We are so grateful to Angela Marshall and her crew for stepping up to help keep our paddle series afloat this month!
