DESCRIPTION:Registration opens October 1st! \nJoin us as we continue our exploration of the Cape Fear River by boat! This month we will do a 5.5-mile out-and-back paddle of Lower Town Creek. We will meet at the put in (the Brunswick Nature Park boat ramp) no later than 8 a.m on Saturday\, October 17th. \nWe have a limited number of single kayaks available for CFRW Members to borrow ($25 suggested donation; includes PFD and paddle) or bring your own ($10 suggested donation). Not a member yet? DESCRIPTION:Another incredible paddle season is coming to a close. \nLet’s get together to show thanks to our community and river basin which make it possible. We’ll celebrate the end of the season by bringing back our special Friendsgiving Paddle & Potluck! We will meet at 8 a.m. on Saturday\, November 21st at Belville Riverwalk Park to paddle along the Brunswick River and Alligator Creek\, then share a meal and stories about our time on the water together this year at Davis Creek Park! \nPick a dish and let us know what you will be bringing during registration. We will provide steamed oysters\, while they last! Plan on packing any perishable food in a cooler in your car while we paddle. When we get to the take-out\, we’ll grab everyone’s dishes and enjoy. \nWe have a limited amount of single kayaks available for CFRW Members to borrow ($25 suggested donation)\, or bring your own ($10 suggested donation).
