DESCRIPTION:On the first Saturday of each month\, we host a FREE educational seminar on a Cape Fear River related topic.  Subjects range from environmental sustainability to the river’s role in the Civil War; from the history of Wilmington’s waterfront to our local ecology and neighbors. We provide a scrumptious pancake breakfast and coffee for free starting at 8am and the seminar starts at 9am. Come and meet other river enthusiasts\, learn something new\, and enjoy a great breakfast. \nRoger Shew
